Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 200 GMs paneer


  • 1 onion


  • 2 tomatoes


  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste


  • 1 bay leaf


  • 1 cinnamon sticks


  • 5-6 cashew paste


  • 1/2 bowl milk


  • 1 tbsp fresh malai


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1/2 tsp turmeric


  • 3/4 tsp red chilli powder


  • 1 tsp Garam Masala


  • 1/2 tsp paneer masala

Directions

  • Take oil in a pan. Add bay leaf and cinnamon stick.
  • Add garlic ginger paste and also onion and tomato paste made in mixer.
  • Sauté it for sometime till oil specks from sides. Then add cashews paste.
  • Add all dry spices. When gravy is sautéed well we will add milk and fresh malai.
